Oh, and side note, if you can afford it, leave off drawing for a couple days extra after you feel "better"- When I burst a blood vessel in my knuckle, drawing right away when it felt "better" only aggravated the joint and I wish I'd left off longer. The extra healing time can do wonders for the soreness/stiffness. (If you can afford it, again.)
