When she wrote her memoir A Singular Life, Bernyce Pratt-Wallingford selected photographs and drawings to be included in the printing. After choosing this picture of her in the ruins of the Karnak Temple, the raccoon sow engaged several experts to enhance and refine the original, as well as to paw-tint the finished article according to her recollections.
