its a birthday gift for 
Tuli because Tuli deserves a birthday gift. I like him a whole lot, and he yells at me about neopets. But one time he said he wanted to be torakaka, and torakaka isn't a neopets, so i am going to make him live with that decision.
also i tried a new method for shading this picture, and in doing so, this is probably one of the biggest files I've worked on in terms of memory. So there is that. I'm gonna have to streamline that. But STRATEGIES
