As someone who has survived many bouts of this torrent of thoughts (somehow), I can tell you it will get better. And it's all lies. It's something I try to remind myself of when I'm trapped in those moments. Doesn't always work, of course, cuz depression...but it's reassuring once in a while. So just remember that your depression is lying to you and you ARE worth the continued effort and you ARE good enough.

The words are different, but I'm in a mess like this right now. I've been here many times before. It's agony! If you step back and look at it it makes no sense. But now its like the whole world is sitting on you. Doubt, guilt, everything else no matter how trivial or inane burns you like a fire. It's only God holding me together now. I hope things improve. "I understand" if that offers any comfort.
