More army-themed silliness from 2015, a sort of follow-up to the last time we saw Rollo.
Nikolai seems to find Rollo's habit of sleeping in and not being dressed on time rather annoying...
Nikolai Volkov has always been one of my more "military" characters but I have rarely depicted him in that sort of role the past few years. It's good to get him back on a base. Since he's a pretty old character of mine, I think he should be in a position of authority, probably with an officer's rank like captain.
He's lazy and doesn't much care for administrative duties, so he's probably more annoyed with the fact that Rollo is making things difficult and needs to be disciplined than the actual issue of him being a bit slow in the morning. Rest assured, Nikolai would be happier letting everyone sleep in, himself included. Now he's gotta decide what to do with Rollo...
