Continuity nod! The Kalandesians were mentioned in a flashback back in Chapter 15. I wonder how they fit in the story. What kind of species they are and how and why they are discriminated in the story? He seems to think that they have some secret conspiracy going on, spying on the homes through electric sockets, so I'm not sure. I wonder what caused Muko and Saniko's father to get depression or what will get him to snap out of it, but his story regarding his past and his relationship with his daughters will be a good arc.

Yeah, it was back where Dideon first suggested to Adel and Peki his decision to recast Peki as a heel based on racism against the Wilds. He makes a brief mention of these Kalandesians, whoever and whatever they are. He was talking about how they were being hated like the Wilds, too. And perhaps these Kalandesians are still being hated to this day, too. (I had to go back as far as I could through the Furry Fight Chronicles Comic to search what you were referencing to since I couldn't quite remember them being mentioned before.)

I have NEVER seen an outlet with only one socket in it, is this a thing in other countries? Oh wait, I have seen ONE, but only when the space that would be a socket is replaced by a light switch.

To play devil's advocate a bit; best way to spy on your citizens is to use methods so outlandish and ridiculous sounding that anyone trying to expose you will come off as a lunatic and paranoid conspiracy theorist.
