While Zelly is pretty much chaos incarnate, Toho is an agent of Balance. Neither good or evil, as neutral as neutral is. When the world starts teetering dangerously to one side or the other, it's his duty to step in and try to regain the balance of the universe. Easy, eh? Usually, it doesn't come down to him falling into his 'rage', but if it does, it's SERIOUS BUSINESS now. Part monk, part psion, with an affinity to lightning.
