The dreams I had were that of journey through out each region taking on every Pokemon League and whatever life had thrown at us, while my nightmare were usually of that witch locking me away in some sort of prison, but this dream felt different, I couldn’t tell what it was. I was just surrounded by darkness and standing in front of me was a fletchling.

“Hello,” It spoke in an eloquent voice, yet something about it ran chills down my spines “Good. It seems that your still live, so it’s not instant. Now let see about your memories. First off your name”

“Tama Sakura Onisuzume.”
It nodded it head calmly “gender?”
“Female.”
“Age?”
“17 going on 18 soon.”
“Birthday?”
“March 6 ****”
They smiled at me “Happy Birthday. Now,” A tall antique mirror appeared before me, it’s surface void of my reflection “Do you recall what you are and what you look like?”

I stare into the mirror and an image formed in it. A fair skin human doppelganger with medium length dark pastel green hair wearing a dark green hairband with a magenta rose that match her scarf and shoes, and matching blue fingerless gloves, long sleeve shirt, and medium length skirt.

“Good.” He said calmly. After he said that a Poke Ball appeared before me, “Now, try to recall the Pokemon that is with you?”

“Easy,” I said confidently as I grabbed the Poke ball and toss it into the air. It opened up and a beam shot out forming Fennikin. I picked up the yellow fox.
“Good, good.” They said, “Now recall what happened before you fell asleep.”

I started to retell what happened that day. It 2 days before my birthday. I was at home. I had decided to appeal with my aunt one last time, to get an approval from her. Doesn’t matter anymore, especially I discover her new attempt to prevent me from becoming a trainer. I wasn’t going to become so sort of obedient doll. So I grabbed my dad trainer stuff and ran away. I met Fennikin along the way and We manage to make it to route 36 and decided to rest. Fennikkin found a cabin and an old lady let us stayed there for the night.

“...So, humanity had gone that deep,” The Fletchling said, “Listen, you’re in grave danger. Their an entity out there that wants you dead. They’ll try anything to kill you. But, I’m going to give you a little edge.” A luminescent light enveloped me. It was calm at first, but then, it became erratic. It fade away, “Blast. I afraid of this.”
I looked at him in confusion, “What happened?”
He shook his head, “It’s seems that the same entity is interfering with my powers. Listen, I gave you two gifts. The first is understanding Pokemon and the second is to reincarnating a Pokemon into something that will give you an edge over them enemies you will face, but it’s that latter been interfered. Which can mean...” a panic expression appeared on their face, “you need to wake up now! Survive!"

The Fletchling flew into the air and dive bombed right into my stomach. Jolt of pain surge through me, tossing me out of the dream...and into a waking nightmare.
