Many years ago a necromancer learned that his cousin; the local executioner had recently passed. Not wanting to lose his last known relative, he retrieved his soul, intending to place it in an artificial body that resembled his old one. Unfortunately, he was distracted while performing the spell and his cousin's soul was placed inside one of the rejected bodies be constructed by mistake. He has since continued work as the executioner for that village.
