Balla maybe a wandering Beachball that attracted to populated bodies of water, but that doesn’t mean she’s the only on. She can make a rubber wool coat for willing people and turn into the sheep too by inflating the wearer’s coat into a Beachball. This will cause them to be fused with the coat permanently becoming a bb sheep.   Incinermyn Is one such case where ball gives him the coat then inflates him into his own bb sheep
