He's quite a geek, likes computers, pretty handy with all sorts of computer and tech and mechanical stuff, and despite looking more human than rat, his behaviors are probably more rat than human. He's shy, a bit skittish, likes cheese and crackers, gnaws on things (it's a nervous habit, just don't lend him any pencils or pens you don't want chewed up), the usual.
