Yep! I'm very spiritual about them (you had to have noticed not many serious ones are done, but when they ARE, they're very carefully done, unlike the more throw-away fetishy ones).

To me faves = popularity, and popularity would lead to willingness to commission, which means moneh

I'm greedy, and wish to use my talents to get paid doing what I like, so yeah, that matters to me.

well, for me, it took time before people even so much as noticed my stories. Personally I think you just have to be patient and you'll get your reward.

Teeechnically now, I am reaping the rewards, since it took time for me to get noticed as well. I had basically 1-3 good pics, and I started taking requests to fill my old gallery (the bulk of these are on dA), before I started running with my own ideas.
I know I AM noticed, but I still need to improve to get more. A thirst for improvement isn't thaaat baaad :P
