So I recently re-watched all of xxxHolic and Tubasa Chronicles. This bab was heavily inspired by that. In the second season one of Sakura's memories is of a pet sand rabbit she had and the thing was so cute I absolutely needed one. Tsukasa also features a tattoo that was in fact inspired by Fay's tattoo "^^ he's my favorite long boy what can I say. Her name however isn't Tsukasa because it sounds similar to Tsubasa. It was chosen because it means "lyric" and I have absolutely been in love with the lyrics that have no meaning from Yuki Kajiura wrote for Tsubasa Chronicles. She also uses sound magic for that same reason, it's just convenient that Fay also starts using sound music towards the end.
