What a catch! I reckon whatever 'aquarium' she's going to isn't open to the public... Her captors did restrain her well, especially with the massive tail. I'm not sure the tape gag will work though, especially in water. Best use a ball gag, I say. Something very strong! =)

PS. It's not a hogtie, but a frogtie! Hogties are when the animal's arms and legs are all tied together, and a frogtie is when a human's upper and lower legs are tied together to prevent them from standing up.
