oooh i had so much fun with this one! first non-raffle piece in what feels like aaaages, and it was a blast! 3rd semianthro i've done ever i think, and it just worked?? the general anatomy went super well, and i only got seriously tripped up on the face, which i think turned out pretty good in the end anyway! the pallet was super fun because i actually only used one shadow color for the whole piece, which is a rare treat, and all sorts of little details like the collar charm, claws, and such on this design really add a ton. i slept on what i wanted the background to be, and i think the extra time i spent there was worth it!
in the end, it's the most successful sketch i've done for practice before. yes, i just wanted the character owner to critique how well i did with the design. why? i've said too much :3
