How did she get in this mess? One moment she was just doing her usual hunting. The next, a light surrounds her and she suddenly found herself in a strange new jungle. Lucia wondered around confused before noticing a woman dressed in a shiny black dress. “E-excuse me?” Lucia asked as she came closer, hoping to ask why the woman was there and where they where. Suddenly, Lucia found she wasn’t able to move her feet anymore. Looking down she not only noticed she was sinking in quicksand, but also that the quicksand was part of the woman’s dress. The woman then turned around and smirked at Lucia. “Well, well, well. Seems I caught another wild girl for my lunch. How delicious!” Lucia was surprised by what she heard and tried to reason “Look, we can work something out if you could just release me.” The woman just laught. “Ho ho ho! You think I’ll let you go? Why do all of you jungle savage think that I see you as something more then just a snack! You really are all idiots!” As the woman continued to hurl insults at Lucia, Lucia noticed a girl dressed in flowers and leaves with long black and red hair looking at them from the tree, signaling Lucia to try and distract the woman. Lucia nodded before turning to look at the woman and quickly spoke up. “Soooo, why do you wear a dress like that? I’ve only ever seen singers wear something like that. Are you a singer? Could you sing something for me?” The woman looked at Lucia before smiling and pulling out a microphone from her body. “Well if you insist, I suppose I can make your last wish come true.” The woman began to sing, Lucia didn’t think it was bad, but also didn’t think it was amazing either. The girl in leaves quickly came down a vine and onto the ground before sneaking over to Lucia and held out her spear. Lucia was quick to grab on and the two began to pull her out. Once free the two of them quickly snug away while the woman was to busy singing to notice her audience's escape until they where already out of sight. "Thanks for the help back their!" Lucia said to the girl. "I'm Lucia!" The girl smiled and held out her hand for a handshake "I'm Ember!" She said. "And something tells me you're not from around here. Maybe I can help you getting back home" Lucia happily shaket her hand, glad to have someone she knew she could trust and ask some questions to on this strange new island.

So I managed to get permission from  dethmetal to draw his characters Ember and Smuther and we settled for this idea with Lucia. I'm really happy with how they turned out and am glad to see Ember looks pretty good alongside Lucia. I also feel that the colors on Ember look great! With a nice mix of more darker colors in her design. Whether or not Lucia and Ember will have more adventures depends on several things, so we will just have to wait and see how this is gonna go. And thanks to Dethmetal for allowing me to draw her! It was a lot of fun!
