I doing psychotherapy with myself. I don't can to go to the psychologist or psychotherapist because it's expensive financially. I have a serious problems who needs in money, it's a relocation from Uzbe kistan in Russia for several reasons, physical health treatment, food, internet and other.

And I do psychotherapy with myself since 2012 years and I have a progress in my mental health.
Earlier, in 2015 year I went to the state neuropsychiatric dispensary, where I was diagnosed F20.00 (schizophrenia), and doctors forced me to take antipsychotics. I got worse and I threw pills.
I did continue self-medication and I was able to rise.

I found in myself childhood injuries about care and love. I don't got them from parents.
Earlier I didn't can to think about this, but now I'm a adult human and I can work on yourself.
