Well shit, it's been a few years.
Here's my priority list:
1)People who offer to tip will be first, no exceptions.
2)People who offer trades, the higher the skill the more likely you are to be on top.
3)Anyone who comments for a free drawing, I'll just pick the one I think would be the most fun to draw.
No hyper, scat, vore, watersports, sexual violence.
NSFW is fine.
Comment references, and if you offer to tip/trade.
Any general guidelines you have.

It's strange how often I end up at artists who say "no vore" by searching for vore.

Don't open the Eka's portal profile; it's vore related. IIRC that's the only one you'd have to worry about.
I pretty much give people a free pass to do whatever they want if I'm not paying, on the premise of "Beggars can't be choosers." Usually I want to see something that the artist likes - something related to some show, or interest, or fetish, or so on.
