Aurex is technically a GW2 OC. They were made from the leftover Elder Dragon magic that Aurene didn't absorb after Mordremoth's death.
They've ended up being a wonderful foil to Aurene, though the recent(ish) tanglings with Kralkatorrik have managed to put some fear of mortality in the ravenous beast that they so often are.
