Continuing on from the previous picture with more Feral AU stuff

TirTal is able to help VirDhas recover a bit from his injuries by removing the arrows, which luckily were not too deeply embedded into him. However, the damage was already done. Both of the urSkeks had realized that their pups were gone and far from saving; the loss hitting VirDhas harder as a shrill cry of despair left him before burying himself deep into his mate's chest. TirTal can only hold onto VirDhas in silence as he tries to comfort his mate, staring wide eyed at the lifeless bodies of his children as tears ran down his features.

VirDhas would blame himself for being unable to keep their children safe, TirTal blaming himself for not being there when he should have. He had failed VirDhas and even more their children...
