Very glad you like this one! Subtlety doesn't seem to be Buck's thing. He's often a bit too confident to play coy. Although, all that confidence is on top of him actually being something of a major dork, so he might not even understand how to play coy in the first place!
I'm surprised I've never seen underwear like this in art before, aside from my own and the couple times someone either drew gift art of Buck for me, or drew their own character wearing them because they saw me do it. The joke is just *so* blatantly obvious.

He's presenting himself and he has a target drawn on his butt, how can he possibly make his intentions any more clear? He also wears a kilt rather than pants most of the time, so even when he's fully dressed, he's still good for the occasional up-skirt/panty shot.
Hey, go right ahead! You might want to include some antlers too, to complete the look.

Oh gosh! XD So he enjoys giving some teasing bullseye moons quite often I'm guessing.
Well now that you mention the antlers, I feel the perfect time for this idea is a Christmas themed shot. I'm sure the idea is quite unoriginal, but it would still be a silly little thing none the less!

Well, if I were a fat gay deer guy with a fat gay deer butt, I'd probably be pretty casual about showing it off. Buck is my alternate gay fursona so I guess, at least in some ways, I am a fat gay deer guy--or at least, I play one on the internet.
Target on the butt, and hunter orange? This is all about hunting season! I've had some ideas. Nothing fatal, of course, but general fun with the general idea of "being hunted". Mixing cartoon humor with some mild fetish themes like embarrassment, fat guys running around in underwear, and so on. Maybe I should share some of those ideas sometime.
For Christmas, we swap out the target briefs for something a bit more reminiscent of Santa's outfit (red, white trim, black waistband--maybe even an actual belt), a harness with jingle bells, and make him pull a sleigh. If he's been naughty, he can work his way back onto the nice list.

Yeah, that's understandable. X3 Well I think Buck is definitely a favorite sona of yours! You make a good cute n silly fat deer!
Wow, okay that's a clever idea! And yeah, I didn't think about hunting season. (I mean I sorta did with the whole bullseye target, just didn't put the pieces together). ^^; Honestly a bit of cartoonish humor and reality go really well together!

Buck gives a cute, mildly embarrassed smile, trying to keep up his "confident dudebro" facade but the gentle swaying of his tail giving his inner dork's excitement away... "Thanks, dude..."
While I usually main Dominic Mephitto (in either of his forms), it is fun to get into character as Buck sometimes as well. Or Dominic Wolff, the action hero. I'm not sure there's a limit to how many 'sonas one is *allowed*, with some telling me "you can have as many as you want" and others telling me "one, and maybe an alt". I guess I sorta think of them as having different characters/saves in a video game, really, each having their different play style.
I guess any sort of scenario where Buck finds himself hunted would basically be like some sort of "extreme hide-and-seek", and involve sticky suction-cup darts that magically stick to fur and underwear somehow, or paintball guns that don't leave nasty bruises and welts when they hit. Not sure how to get the ball rolling, maybe a bet of some sort, we just need a way to get Buck running around in the woods in his undies. Then, some cartoon humor, maybe he trips over things and makes a lot of noise, perhaps he hides very well in a bush only for a loud fart to give away his position, maybe an actual hunter that doesn't know about this game gets involved somehow. In the end, though, Buck would probably find himself successfully bagged, and taken back to the hunter's bar for some embarrassment--definitely photos with the other guys as he's laying around in his undies while they pose around him with their guns as hunters do, maybe tied to the hood or roof of the car, or with his hands bound over his head on one of those post things the hunters hang their catches from and spending some time on display, or maybe there's even a hole in the wall in the bar where he can put his head through like a mounted trophy! A bit of embarrassment play, but Buck could laugh it off in the end--even if he's gonna be trying to wash the paintball stains out of his fur for a week afterwards.

Thanks! It still baffles me that to this day, with the sort of comments I've gotten over the years, that there's not anybody out there making silly printed underwear like this. I'd probably find a couple with fun prints but unlike cartoon animal world, it would be hard to really find an occasion to show them off... I am tempted to actually research what might go into having something like this made, though. I'm sure if my dumb ass with a collective 50 or so active watchers/followers across the internet put out merch, the sort of undies I draw on my fat cartoon critters would probably be what would actually sell.
Then again, if there's one thing I've come to learn over the years, it's that the moment you try to sell something, be it commissions or a product of any sort, all the furries come out of the woodwork to tell you that they're broke! I'm sure anybody making rainbow pawprint undies or briefs with targets on the butt would get plenty of messages from people telling them they can't afford it. That might be why this isn't a thing...

Depends on what you mean by silly printed underwear. If you mean the kind of polka-dot print stuff you'd expect to see when a clown does the whole pants falling down pratfall, that isn't what I'd consider sexy at all. But if you mean knickers with designs on the crotch or back, I own quite a few of them. Ginch Gonch makes the majority of sexy undies I own and you can see them on my Scraps page (obviously NSFW).
