Rough sketch for a short from a fight session with Anubis and his sparring partner Sento Silvermoon. They kind of tend to go way overboard on the their training sessions, which end up quite bloody rather quickly. But, they do have supernatural powers, demon forms, claws, fangs/canines, etc.

In this particular still, Sento has managed to fell Anubis, mount him slightly from the side and is about to rain down a barrage of ice-power laced punches. Anubis is counteracting by actually launching small fireball bursts at him.

This still needs work. I need to retrace and correct many portions of the image, separate injuries and special effects on different layers, add in shading/blood/sweat, create the magic powers effects, etc. So, this is the prelim sketch directly from my sketchbook before I start the long process of tweaking.
