Very, very adorable. I'd love to hug her, or better yet, comfort her.

Since you wanted critique, here goes...

Have you been having difficulty drawing the neck? The hair completely covers it, and makes it hard to see where shirt ends and neck starts, which makes her anatomy look wonky already, even for a chibi. Also the lines outlining her sleeves end very early, which makes it seem that the anatomy might be indeed broken, with a short torso and giraffe neck. Plus the visible hand-paw could have looked better with a visible third 'toe' since it looks like she's entirely a two-digit-only character like this, and the handpaw just looks odd and off on her. I can see where the third one would belong.

On the other hand, I'm quite jealous of your head anatomy (I keep messing mine up), and I like how... natural your pictures feel. Mine are always stiff. T^T Maybe I should start being loose and not be an anatomy worrywart?

Btw... is her hair supposed to be pink or teal? The picture and the avatar has me confused. XD

hair color ish.. well.. nothing to me.. all depends on what I feel at the time.. :3 originally. it's silver.. but.. dunno how to do that without making it look grey or having to make it look.. shiny as hell. XD
