Personality: Cocky, smug, and confident. He isn't afraid to crossdress from time to time. He loves to flirt with men, but isn't afraid to hit on girls either. He loves compliments and getting into dangerous situations at times, as long as no one gets hurt in the process. He can have a bit of a temper sometimes.

Background Information
Gin was born in the Ecruteak City of the Johto Region to a fairly wealthy family living happily with one another. As he grew up, he learnt how to dance and sing with the help of his mother, Xii, a very beautiful Flareon. Likewise he was also taught by his father on other skills, like math and history. While Gin wasn’t too good about learning history, he was pretty adapt at math.

As he got older, he hung out with other ‘mons in his village, making a couple of friends over time that he stayed in pretty good contact with. While he is younger than most in his town, he tends to be a bit more rebellious and wild, especially when proving a point on certain things and plans. And whenever he is right, he tends to mock them about it, having a lot of pride. Of course, he wouldn’t always do it out of spite of others, and would help them afterwards when the plan failed.

While people didn’t really like his cocky attitude, they did appreciate his creativity when it came to planning out parties and stages to make things more stand out amongst the crowd. And even if he has mocked someone, he still would be willing to help out and give surprisingly helpful advice. While he still took dancing lessons, his life of studying mathematics soon turned more into inventions and technology.

Soon enough, he eventually joined the Rescue Team at a fairly young age that goes by the team known as “Synapse Squad” due to his leader being a Raichu and their specialty is going in and pulling out anybody who was hurt and needed immediate rescue. While he wasn’t much of a fighter during his life as an Eevee, he had a knack of creating items to help with exploring. He designed some unique gadgets that went from auto rations for those deep dive spelunking expeditions to help divide meals evenly to make survival last longer, to emergency aid kits that helped preserve any potential damages to the kit that would help a Rescue Team from something that would be considered fatal if they didn’t have any properly secured kits.

As he ended up evolving into a Leafeon. Given his enjoyment of creating new gadgets, devices, and planning out themes for other Pokemon that wasn’t simply for the Rescue Team. It went anywhere for stages on a faster pulley system that can be all automated, to lighting effects and many other themes that can help improve life.

During one of the emergency calls, Ginseng would be doing his usual dive with one of his team members, a fairly young yet experienced bellsprout, especially using Vine whip to help pull people into safety. There was someone stuck on a cliff that would have been too heavy for just Ginseng alone, so having another helped quite a bit. While they did struggle to save this Pokemon in question, the person seemed shaken and told the team to get out of here. Before they could ask why, the person already ran off, clearly frightened for their life. By the time they would be heading back, a sudden Fearcrow swooped in and snatched up Bellsprout, causing Ginseng to panic and try to use a vine whip to catch the Fearow. However, that didn’t last long as the bird Pokemon was too strong and started to lift him off the ground. Not wanting to let go, he did his best climbing up. However, the Fearow stabbed him with its powerful beak, causing major wounds to happen and he fell downwards.

He didn’t remember much, other than waking up with his leader at the emergency room, Ginseng immediately snapping awake. He would ask for their new recruit, though the leader would look sullen and shook his head. It was one of those very few times that he would see Ginseng look so heartbroken, collapsing back into bed. It took him a week to recover from his injuries, though his mental state is a bit shaken. However, he had a new goal in his mind on what he had to do now.

However, he eventually started to create more unconventional gadgets that tend to be concerning amongst the team. He started to invent various weapons and traps against other Pokemon that were in there to harm them. However, Ginseng even pointed out that if they didn’t have these elaborate tools, they wouldn’t have as big of a result as before. And sometimes they need to fight back, in case someone else gets hurt. While they were skeptical, these inventions proved to be quite useful in the later seasons when people got to know of its existence. With how proud he got from these inventions to help cover any potential weaknesses the team had, he nicknamed these inventions “Bellsing” in remembrance of his fallen partner. Soon, he was given the nickname: “Gin the Smug Inventor” soon shortened down to simply “Gin” which he accepted.

His choice of clothing, while very unconventional, always felt comfortable to him. He loved wearing striped stockings, and looking cute in various outfits. Even during his adventures, he likes to go in style, regardless of the dangers down below. Of course, he does still wear certain gears when it calls for it for protection, but overall, it wouldn't be surprising to see him sporting some sort of stocking, rather than the standard issued badges, sashes, or pin the team would normally wear.
