I recognize that Wolverine is be the better fighter, but not the kind of guy I'm into. Wolverine might have the muscle, but Gambit's got the charm. This is who I swoon over, not who I'd choose to go into war with.

I don't know! it was a crime against humanity not to see a live-action Gambit. From what I've read about casting, neither director liked his character or thought he was necesarry :( I, on the other hand, could think of a million ways they could have introduced him. Even if the de-aged him a bit so he was in class with Rogue and showed her a "card trick" instead of having her have that romance with Bobby (Iceman).
