Thanks Lauren! I tried to offer some set up story and drop a background that shows some of the world. It's grueling but I love drawing backgrounds as much as characters. Even if peopole miss it the first time around; hopefully people will go back and see it with more pages up and go, "huh, okay I see what He was doing" XD
They're often overlooked and they're so important to feeling 'right'. If you don't think so, look at how off it looks when it's not done well and you have a barren apartment on a sitcom or something. Set decoration is critical to making places look lived in, like people actually work and play in this world. The best dramatic monologue in the world can be ruined by an empty set. :)
