Meet Dorie! She's a baby aboleth, which should be impossible due to aboleths following a constant state of chain reincarnation, right? Wrong! Her rebirth was botched, leaving her just her, and she's freaking out a little bit! She can't remember anything beyond 2 weeks ago.
She's the size of a fully grown dolphin, which is super small for an aboleth. She looks cute, but when she opens her mouth it's nothing but teeth.

Aboleths are my favorite aberration in D&D. I was a little puzzled, curious- when I saw this so I came to have a better look. The situation you describe, has a lot of story potential- given why Aboleths are how they are (aside from biology) - well- you've somehow managed to make an Aboleth not only cute in image but narratively as well. Enough that my curiosity is still feeling peckish for more of Dorie- to see where her life goes- and also to know who has found her in tears.
Omg thank you! I'm so glad that you think I did a good job with her story! I put a lot of work into researching aboleths because I love them too, and I wanted to try my hand at a unique situation. I'm actually reworking her story from this point you see in the picture, so hopefully I'll be able to provide more Dorie content soon!!
