This stunning masterpiece was created by none other than the amazing  kadrion known as the artist behind the upcoming visual novel  regal_tails

To give a little insight into the background story:
this scene is about the dinner on the one year anniversary of my boyfriend and me. We are both huge lovers of Asian food. For our anniversary, my boyfriend took me to a Chinese restaurant that specializes in ramen, as it has always been a dream of mine to try real ramen, as there are almost no restaurants in the area where I come from that offer such a thing.
While I was sitting eating and shoveling the ramen into me, my boyfriend couldn't wait to give me another present for our anniversary. He showed me the artwork he commissioned from Kadrion. I took a closer look at the art, then looked around and gave the piece a second look, only to discover that I was in exactly the same scenery that is portrayed on the artwork.
It is by far one of the most beautiful gifts my boyfriend has given me so far, especially since it has a great emotional meaning for me.

Meanwhile I had a canvas made with the painting and it is now hanging on our living room wall. Every time I look up to the artwork, I see a passed year with many great memories with my boyfriend and I remember a wonderful date to finish our first year as a couple.

This past year has been filled with events, both positive and negative. In many situations I was already far over the limit of my psysical capacity, but you showed me that together we can solve all problems and together we will achieve everything. I thank you a thousand times for this and I wish to be with you for so many more years. I love you with all my heart! <3
