Agreed, although I will say it had some of the best design. Japanese title cards and typography is insane I love it. GBH was my first, and I watched it on a plane at 3am, so nothing made sense. It wasnt til a year later I got into all the movies. Rewatching Grand Budapest after understanding Wes Anderson is a totally different experience.
I'm doing a lot of typesetting and letterpress stuff in school, and it looks like that's going to be highlighted in the new movieee.
