After a long discussion in his library about his life and family (including a half brother who was raised by orcs, something he finds both disgusting and shameful, concidering himself more elf than human) the Last Heir of the Vaan'Tae Household treats his guest to a bottle of Moonwine

A knock on the door, and the butler entered. He placed the wine on a table, bowed, then lef then left. Ranull nodded at his depature and then spoke. "Good, the wine is here, something to wash this bad taste from my mouth, care for a glass?"
Tai-yu flashed that smile at him again, "Oh of course. I hope its as good as you made it sound"
Ranull grabbed the goblets and filled them up with a liquid that looks like silver water and offered her one. "Shall we toast to anything?"
Lifting her glass with a sly smile, "To not living in a cave."
He taped his glass to hers, "Hear hear!" Taking a sip from his glass, he savored it. "That is good wine."
Sipping a bit from her own glass, Tai-yu savored hers as well. "Hmm.... mmm..." she swallowed her mouthful, "It tastes... it tastes like moonlight. That is the only way i can describe it
Ranull laughed at this. "As you might be able to tell, it's very sought after by the were-creatures. but it takes the patience of an elf to make it." The lady just smiled and took another sip. Ranull sighs in pleasure and enjoyed some more. "You don't know how long it has been since I've been able to enjoy wine with someone." He began to laugh, " The last person to share wine with me was my half-brother... he just drank my frostwine like it was common ale, didn't savor, didn't take his time with it at all."
Shocked, Tai-yu exclamed, "How uncooth!"
"Indeed, it must much better to taste a fine wine... more so with finer company," he raised his glass to her.
"My my, you are full of compliments... well... you know what they say...
Ranull lifted a well sculpted eyebrow, "And that is?"
"Flatttery will get you everywhere," she grinned.
"Really now?" He broke out in his own sly grin, setting his glass down and resting a hip against his desk. "Then I might have to try my hand at flattery more often..."
"Oh but of course," she mused, "and the sweetest compliments falling from your lips would do a wonder on the world I assure you.
Ranull walked slowly up to her, taking her hands in his. "What would they on such a beauty such as yourself?"
Tai-yu feighned disinterest. "Oh i'm not sure if they would work on me. It would take someone of unimaginable good looks with charm as bright as his glowing green eyes to to even slightly sway me into his strong arms and against his handsome well sculpted body."
In a sudden swift smooth movement, Ranull was wrapping his arms around her and lightly brushed his lips against hers. "Well, looks like I am out of luck then," he smirked.
