Though Seraphis may seem fearsome, he is actually fond of cities who welcome or at least 'tolerate' him. As he marches across the cities under his domain, he cannot help, but offer his greetings to fellow occupants. Although this leads to many of them startled as they are barely getting used to his enormous presence. He has faith that they will learn.
