Yes. I am also a fan of jets. Nosferatu primarily calls me because I enjoy how fast it turns. An ace fighter jet is only good if it can perform as well as its pilot, after all. We know this because of Mihaly A. Shilage.

So, little update regarding the CFA in AC7. Not a bad jet, but not great.
I won't take up time, so I'll be brief. It stalls at 300 km, highest stall speed in the game, at least a full 100 faster than all other jets. Seems to decelerate under 500 km without input.
On the other hand, most powerful jet if we talk firepower. Double EML, IEWS is quality, and ADMM is unrivalled in anti ground. Can't say the same for air, but helicopters are easy targets. It ain't lacking there at least.
It fits the role of multirole well. Good in anti ground operations, but also good against aircraft. Heck, if you are good, you can use the double EML to great extent. Honestly, I don't think anything will be as satisfying as taking out an AEGIS in one pass with a double click of the EML. It's more satisfying than taking out a fast plane with a single EML.
