I self harmed this morning. Went back to bed.
I had the worst night terror imaginable.
It involved watching my 'Nana' die slowly and deteriorate infront of me.
I couldn't do a thing to help her.
I woke up in tears, panicking, I couldn't breathe. ~
Still feels raw as fuck.
Night Terrors involving family are the worst... ;_; ...
