Being a video producer, I know what it's like to spend a massive chunk of time and effort into something and have someone criticize it. It's tough. But for god's sake, pull up your panties and use it constructively like a big girl instead of biting back. It's bad business ethic and straight up disrespectful.

it wasn't a critical comment, and it wasn't particularly helpful, it just came off as something meant to be a joke as it was just an unsupported remark about it being 'not his favourite' -- sorry that he dislikes the mask! :) if he'd like to let me know why, that might help ^.^;; :) the individual who ordered the costume is happy with it and that' all i can go by with any sort of confidence ^_^

Re: my two friends up there, we gotta look at other factors. Was this on a time limit, was the concept art supbpar, was there specific things the commissioner was looking for that you adhered to against your better judgement, etc. There's always more to it.
