One of many badges from FCN '10

This one actually took some time when I commissioned it. Since the theme was the 80's at FCN, I felt I needed one badge in the spirit of the 80's. So here is Kyotsu decked out in his fancy smooth criminal garb, just don't expect him to dance... he can't dance.
