In all seriousness though, this was one of those "I just want to draw X type of scene but don't have any greater context" things. I find that with this sort of art, oftentimes I find good ideas in the comments, that I could incorporate into stories if I decided to ever write any, or that could make for good follow-up drawings.
My guess is that he accidentally took a job hauling some sort of illegal or stolen cargo, though. That seems like the sort of scenario I'd come up with and try to roll with.
