Rigel, killer for hire.
Back in 2016, I never bothered to explain why the "barrel" of his sniper rifle isn't actually a solid barrel, but rather, appears to be two thin tubes or rails connected to the vaguely conical object that makes up the muzzle. This is due to how Cygnian pulse weaponry operates--this sniper rifle is basically a hybrid of a blaster and a railgun. When fired, the pulse burst is accelerated and given additional energy by the rails that make up the barrel before entering the structure that makes up the muzzle, which imparts spin on the energy burst similar to a conventional rifle.
The rails are sometimes left exposed to aid in heat dissipation or to reduce the weapon's weight, although coverings for it do exist for when such weapons are being used in environments where the elements could interfere with the weapon's functionality.

Amateur Science
to all brave enough out there
Amateur Science has put up a bounty to capture a Hypo Spino name:#53376 (Cooper).
whoever captures "Cooper" alive will receive a bounty of 7.5 million dollars.
caution is advised for this is one of the most dangerous subjects we have.
His hide is to thick for bullets or explosives to penetrate. if you are going to tranq him go for the inside of his mouth.
Do not go face to face with the subject if you are spotted to stay still and wait for him to pass.
do not aggravate him for he will kill you.
he was last seen in Bedrock woods.
those in the area stay dark and stay safe bring pets inside.
if you are to tranq him call us for he is too big for any cage, secure him down with steel chains or pillars and administrate a small dose of tranqs every hour
measurements of the subject: 85 ft in height, 100 ft in length.

Oh, I see... Well, Rigel's ship has pulse cannons and concussion missiles--he stole it during an escape from prison once. If its armament is capable of taking on spacecraft twice its size, made of metal and protected with energy shields, some sort of large creature might not be too hard to deal with.
However, he's not really big on that whole "captured alive" thing, so that might be a deal-breaker. Unless "it still has a pulse, even if it doesn't have all of its limbs and organs anymore" counts as "alive", of course.

Scientist: don't worry this creature's skin is thick enough to withstand a bomb that can wipe out a small village plus his healing capabilities is abnormally powerful and can regenerate limbs over time
this isn't just an animal he is the perfect weapon
one 50 kilo bomb to the head should knock my subject out
but the Spino lives inland so not sure how you're going to do that but get it done and you can have the money
