You do know "Failed Redundancy" means that one of your physical disks had a hardware failure, right?

New hard drives, old hard drives, swapping cables, new cables, swapping sata card. Every time there's an improper shutdown. Randomly happens. Then sometimes windows says "plex is missing" when I try to reactivate the volumes, so have to delete one of the drives and wait hours for it to recopy the data over And also there is no kind of error message when it happens. I'm moving local storage to TrueNas as I like the features of ZFS, and also has better drive monitoring.

Yeah there's... programs and accounts and crap. I'm happy I managed to get mine working just enough that I can access the server through winscp on my computers.

I need to set my NAS back up some time.

I've gotten one windows share set-up on the Nas, but it was quite difficult to get permissions to work correctly. Now I just need to wait for hard drive prices to come down more.. that should take, oh, a few tens of years at the current rate :|

I remember the permission stuff being a pain. x3
Luckily I got a a Christmas bonus to pay for my hard drives.
