Well this was an unexpected decision but one I happily made! Introducing my newest character and my fourth Zorgoia, Fia! Not only is she another noodle, and another Spireborn, she's also my first and so far only female character (well, bar gender shifting).

Fia in my setting is a creature of debatable divinity in much the same way as Vel is. Whereas Vel spheres Death and works for the Reaper himself, a place that makes him firmly neutral in the Infernal-Celestial hierarchy, Fia spheres Sleep and Dreams and doesn't visibly serve any greater being - which in a universe where everything of a higher power answers to an even higher power, has interesting implications as to how high on the cosmic totem pole she might actually be.

Like all Spireborn, she's massive at 19ft tall and feeds mostly on magic with the occasional dive into live prey like most Zorgoia. Also like most Spireborn, she's a devout follower of the Spire on Veldram. This may be a reason that her position on the cosmic hierarchy is so hazy - she would consider it uncomfortable - if not downright heretical - to be considered a deity above the Spire

For her, eating food and draining magic is actually optional, though she can be a glutton when she wants to be. Her energy comes from being around those who dream peacefully (to give a paraphrased statement, "Imagine getting to drain the mana from an entire planet, but no living thing is harmed from it, that's what it's like for me to eat the energy from a good dream.") and as such, she has a vested interest in making sure those dreams are as peaceful as possible.

She can disperse her body into a star-filled mist and any dreaming person she fills the air around she can enter the dreams of. Though she can control dreams like an omnipotent being, out of both courtesy and kindness she won't interfere with them at all unless they're nightmares, in which case she'll usually banish them and make things better. When visiting another's dream she will with a few exceptions regarding disturbing/uncomfortable fantasies go along entirely with whatever the dreamer wishes of her, regardless of how chaste or not or what dynamic she's asked to play out.

Her personality can best be described as kind and motherly. Due to reasons she won't tell to any but those she trusts, she can't have children of her own, and this plus the scope of her power leads her to view everyone who sleeps (read; everyone ever) as either a child to drown in affection, or a lover to share a more impassioned night with, depending on how they receive her presence in their dreams. She can and will spend an entire night's dream just holding someone close to her chest, or wrapped up in her mountainous coils, whispering re-assurance and love to them if she feels like they require it. Despite that, she herself will make a point that she's not "a magical dream therapist", she can chase away nightmares but if they seem to come from a place too deep for her to genuinely take care of, she'll keep them safe for the night but make clear her help is limited in scope and urge them to find someone better suited to it.

And despite her kind personality she can also be somewhat fey and a bit of a gremlin if her dreamer likes being teased or flustered, especially if they like or have secret desires of just being manhandled and loved on by someone so much larger than they are.

As far as features (that can be talked about in a SFW, non-fetishistic ref) - Fia's fur feels like silk, reflecting her nature as a being aspected to sleep laying against her body feels like sinking into a silken bed. Fia's wings are semi-functional, she can only glide with them but given that she can turn into mist she can simply turn into a cloud and reform high in the air with her wings stretched. Her tail-barb is nonfunctional as far as paralysis but instead ties into self-defense; as a dream weaver, she sees an endless amount of nightmares to chase away in pursuit of good dreams. The worst of these nightmares she can remember, and the crescent shape of her tailbarb can rip open a tear into the dream world and allow nightmares to spill out and fight in defense of her for a moment before reality catches up and poofs them.

To make up for not having the usual incapacitating effects of her tailbarb, Fia instead has a power-appropriate breath weapon like a dragon. She exhales a deep blue starry mist that congeals in her stomach over enemies or prey and it begins to dull their senses; one makes them dizzy and lose energy, two makes them start yawning and their bodies go limp, three puts them to sleep entirely and leaves them at her mercy. All of this is of course not accounting for the fact that she's a 19ft foot tall anthro who can chuck a person into the next timezone if they irk her badly enough.
