What you need:
14 oz. milk chocolate chips
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1 graham cracker pie crust, 9"
15 marshmallows OR 1 jar marshmallow cream
What to do with what you need:
1. Put the cream and chips in a large glass bowl, and microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes, then whisk until smooth and glossy. Pour into pie crust and refrigerate a minimum of 6 hours or overnight (overnight preferable).
2. Cut the marshmallows in half and arrange on the pie, then toast it under the broiler (keep an eye on it; once it starts to toast it'll go quickly). Put it back in the fridge until ready to serve.
If you're using the marshmallow cream like I did, you open the jar (important!) and microwave on high twice for 10 seconds each (very important!) until it's a spreadable consistency. Using a spatula, spread the cream on the pie, then toast it under the broiler and stick it back in the fridge.
