An engineer and entrepeneur on leading cutting-edge technologies.
She is the direct descendant of the Arashi Clan, an ancient family with the natural gift of hydrokinesis; this enabled them to enjoy generations of power and wealth.
After the Meiji Restoration, the family founded a national car company: Arashi Motorworks. After the passing of her father, Radiata would inherit Arashi Motorworks, pushing it to become the most powerful tech company of Japan.

She's been a thing for a while, It is by far the character which I gave the most thought and effort in the design and lore.
One of the reasons why she's been out of the eyes for so long is because for a lot time I wanted to show her to a friend who basically was one of the inspirations that inspired to do a character like this. But alas causality is yet to smile me to talk with this person, but I'm hopefully I will show her someday
