I made my own Eeveelution! Introducing, Prismeon! Prismeon is a pure Flying-type, evolving from Eevee when holding a Pretty Wing during the day. Its Ability is Multiscale and its Hidden Ability is Aerilate. Prismeon uses its ear like wings to fly up and nap on clouds. They shed their rainbow feathers every few months and are often seen as signs of good fortune.
