2016 art, Penny Possum ready to see just how strong this new "Didelphis Alpha" cyborg body of hers is the only way she can, picking fights. That tail will come in handy in combat situations, it's unlikely any adversary she comes up against would expect it to be fully prehensile. Not to mention, her flesh is bioengineered to incorporate genes from some of the super-fighter characters like Stephanie Wuick and Badger Roland, making her far stronger than she would be if she were just some run-of-the-mill experimental cyborg--and it comes with rapid regeneration as well so her flesh can heal over her endoskeleton with ease, and the ability to channel energy for those powerful ki blasts that are so much fun!

Her "fighting outfit" is sort of inspired by firefighter's clothing, an earlier alternate timeline idea of mine had the post-Possum County animatronic Penny Possum as some sort of bandit baron with similar fashion sense. It's also a good way to maintain her established clothing color scheme of mustard yellow, red, and white since her dress is hardly appropriate for combat.
