I suppose that he might have considered as a raccoon that he's already got a mask in the form of his marking so why bother, though with that being a wanted poster and if he's perhaps not the most cautious of bandits he might end up realising why it's not the kind of fame he really wants. Though hopefully he won't annoy his fellows to the point where they consider that turning him in for the reward money is tempting.
