Well, that's the kind of relationship the mercenaries usually have XD they're not very friendly among themselves :P they don't really care about each other that much.

Dorian might have doubts, but not in the skill set of Serpenna, but more on the loyalty for the cause and the willing to do the things that their jobs requires. They are amoral fighters after all, and all the assets of his team need to be as ruthless and amoral as the task at hand requires. Still he also believes that he can turn people to be as he needs, so it's not necessary a reason to reject a new recruit.
