Here is just a hypothetical design of Kyubey, a character from the magical girl anime series "Puella Magi Madoka Magica", if he were in the Mao Mao universe. Since he's a person here, he'd naturally be walking on his own two feet. Not really a Sweetypie and definitely not like anyone else outside Pure Heart Valley.

Let's just say that he's a traveling salesman just like Rufus and Reggie, except that here, he comes to the Valley for the purpose of granting wishes to the Sweetypies, or rather to their young girls, whom his services are exclusively reserved for. Sure the Ruby Pure Heart already does that, but Kyubey here is selling more than just a wish: in exchange for granting one wish, he'll also hand out a little trinket called a Soul Gem that bestows magic powers upon the girl, enabling her to be the kind of superhero once thought impossible. According to him, it's the process known as "making the contract".

He's already found a potential customer in Adorabat, who's always been wishing for the exceptional strength and power to fight monsters and bad guys in order to be a better co-hero with Mao Mao and Badgerclops. Maybe by becoming a magical girl, she'll no longer have anything to worry about, and she won't be afraid of anything anymore...

You can interpret the picture as either Adorabat having made the contract and receiving her Soul Gem, or Kyubey showing her a replica as part of explaining what making a contract means and what happens during that process.

Should Adorabat make a wish and make the contract? I'm sure there's something she wishes for with all her little heart...
