I'm guilty on looking at those plus the hips lol.
I always love looking at the artworks for many different aspects of the piece, such as the character's design, pose, and outfit. I also look at the backgrounds if there's any scenic views to see how well it fits in with the image as a whole, or if there's a story hidden within the background.
