A look forward towards the flight deck.

At right are the controls for the airlock forcefield and ramp. The space between the forcefield and ramp can be depressurized and the ramp can opened halfway for use as a gangplank, allowing for entry and exit of the vehicle while in space.

Spacesuits and tools are stored in the two lockers to either side of the central access ramp to the flight deck.

To the left of the flight deck ramp we can see the folding table, which is self-cleaning when closed.

And from back here we can get a look at the "trainer box" that Microbot sits in while the ship is in flight. This was an option for this model of ship that allowed it to be used for flight instruction. From inside it, Microbot can function as pilot, copilot or navigator as required.
