This is a Toony version of  TypicalSerp Bombcario that my friend  Prince Len drew as a sketch

Once the sketch was done I asked him if I could outline it and color it for him, he said yes and I went straight to work
This one was very cute and very fun to work on
I especially love the little shines on the nose and the bomb itself
Speaking of which  TypicalSerp told me and  Prince Len
What a Bombcario is. It is a normal Lucario after being affected by an experiment that makes its "pants" inflatable and when the pants explode he returns to being a normal Lucario temporarily, and each explosion is different.
