A significant number of Spartans fought on reach during the covenant invasion and almost immediate destruction of the planet. This piece shows Kako as one of said Spartans, fighting as a last line of defence in the streets of one of Reach's many cities in the hopes of buying the UNSC as much time as possible to evacuate civilians. Almost all Spartans who stayed behind to fight were classed as MIA to which they remain to this very day.

Thank you very much! He's not that much of a handsome drake, I'd argue that the title of handsome goes to your anthro boi. The armour was pure coincidence as the armour he's wearing from looks all the way to the colours were exactly the same armour my multiplayer character had back in the old Xbox 360 days lol. As for anthro Kako it's not canonically a form of his as he has no ability to shape or size shift. Though I suppose you might see more of him if like his feral form there's interest in seeing more art of him like this or if others want to use his anthro form in an rp setting.
